EAPGS Membership Applications & Payment Information

EAPGS New Membership with Donations:

Thank you for your interest in joining the EAPGS Society! The EAPGS relies on dues and donations in order to grow, fulfill our mission, and continue to operate. The Board of Trustees thanks you for considering joining at a higher membership level.

The membership levels are BASIC, $35 per calendar year, BRONZE at $50, SILVER at $100, GOLD at $250, or Platinum at $500. Amounts over the $35 annual fee are considered donations and an acknowledgement/receipt for all donations will be provided by email.

To join at a higher level, select your desired level from the dropdown, and proceed. You may also donate any other amount anytime by selecting DONATE TO EAPGS on the main menu. 

HOW TO APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP:

1. You may apply for a new membership on this site by clicking the Join Now button below. If you join in last 3 months of current year, you will be included in yearly subscription for next year.
   
   
2. Payment by STRIPE online! The fastest way for an application to be processed is to pay the yearly fee using Stripe. (You do not need a Stripe Account to use your credit card. Just enter your Debit or Credit Card. Your payment will then be accepted through Stripe Checkout secure website.) 
   
    a. Yearly Membership with Manual Renew
   If you just wish to pay for one year and remember to manually renew by December 31st every year, during the Registration or renew process, select: CREDIT/DEBIT Card:  
   Then select the stripe MANUAL RENEW button. You must then renew your Membership by December 31st every year.
   
   b. *NEW AUTO-RENEW FOR 2026*
   You may now set up auto renew payments through our new STRIPE payment processor. During the Registration or RENEW process, select the: CREDIT/DEBIT Card: 
   Then select the stripe AUTO RENEW button. Your first payment will cover the current year with automatic payments for the following year on December 31st every year unless you cancel. The option to cancel or change payment method for recurring payments will be available in the My Membership Page

3. Payment by check online! Complete registration online and mail payment slip with your check made out to EAPGS to our Treasurer at:

4. You may download a copy of the Membership Form and mail along with your check to the address noted on the application form

NOTE: If paying with mailed check, it will take longer to receive and process your application and payment. Please be patient.
